Port Dickson + Kuala Lumpur

Ok... this year's trip start a little late but i will still try my best to intro as many place as i could! Just stay tune to my travel blog!

Anyway, finally my 1st trip in the year 2014 and i am heading to Port Dickson and Kuala Lumpur!
Was looking through Tiger Airway and Jetstar website to see if there is any cheap tickets to KL and just nice both are having promotion! How lucky we are! If there is't any cheap tickets then i guess we got to take bus there which will takes about 5 hours to reach. We ended up taking Tiger Airway at $55.80, cause they are slightly cheaper then Jetstar which is $62.

Did web check in and printed our air tickets and we do not have check in luggage but they say we still need to queue at the counter too. ( so what's the whole point of web check in and printing of air ticket Tiger Airway? )

Anyway... Bye Singapore!

Reach Kuala Lumpur's LCCT ( Low Cost Carrier Terminal ).

Walking towards the bus stop to get a bus to KLIA ( Kuala Lumpur International Airport ).
A lot of people might get a bit confuse here but it is quite easy to get the bus to KLIA. There is also bus to KL center or Bukit Bintang ( bus ticket is selling at the counters before you get out of the airport exit ). Its much easier then i thought after hearing how difficult it is to get to town from the LCCT.
Anyway we are going to KLIA to get a cab to port dickson so we are taking the Airport Liner here.

Those who are taking the Airport Liner, first, just walk towards the Arrival hall...

You will see this sign board, then turn to your right, cross over to the center of the road.

The bus stop is just opposite Coffee Bean.

Get on the Airport Liner if you are going KLIA, and if you are going somewhere else, ask the person sitting there for the bus that you should take.

Bus ticket at RM2.50 ( SGD$0.90 )

Getting our ticket to Port Dickson from the Airport Taxi counter.

Rm94.60 for a budget car ( there is 3 type of car, Budget, Premier and Luxury ) to Port Dickson.

Not that budget right? Still gt touch screen tv in the car!

After 1.5 hr car ride, finally we reach our resort, Avillon Port Dickson.

Checking in.

Activities that we can do in the resort.

Kids corner.

This foot wash can be seen everywhere to refresh our feet! But we never try before. Haha!

Our Water Chalet room!! Big room with 1 queen size and 1 big single bed, balcony and big outdoor bathroom.

View from our balcony.

Outdoor bathroom.

Beautiful peacock that is always roaming outside our room.

Going to Port Dickson town to hunt for lunch! But before that... selfie time!

Pets corner.

Sun bathing rabbit?

Looking for food once we reach Port Dickson town!

Lots of restaurant here! But not many people here... wheres all the people?

I think this place is too big that all restaurant is all by its own individual building.

So, we decided to have our late lunch at Kenny Rogers.

Even after our lunch, this place is still so empty!

Walking over to the supermarket which is opposite all the different restaurant! ( I think i went supermarket at almost all the country... Haha... )

Very big super market! Super market is really a good place to kill time if you got nothing to do.

Happy with her Pringles! Buying the flavor that Singapore doesn't have yet.

Pringles for 3 person and cup noodles for tomorrow's lunch cause we are not planning to get out of our resort tomorrow!

Back in the room to put our stuff back before going out again.

Night view from our balcony!

Roaming around the resort in the evening...

Pass by this beautiful building which is their spa place, AviSpa.

We had late lunch so we decided to skip our dinner, so we went to sing KTV in the resort! Its RM50 = SGD$19.50 per hour, per room and we book for 2 hrs.
Well... the sound system is really BAD! The worst part is, at times our song got intersect by the people next door! We can hear their voice singing through our system! Very lousy that we regretted that we book 2 hrs ( first time thinking 2 hrs of singing is too long... normally 4 hrs is not even enough for us! ).

Day 2 :

Breakfast time!

Breakfast is not very fantastic.

My favorite is only this.. Roti plata!

View of one of the pool in Avillon Resort.

Time to chill and tan at the pool after our breakfast!

Chill-lax mode on!

Time to swim...

Happy girls on holiday mode!

Back to tanning again...

Went back to our room for our cup noodle lunch. While waiting for the water to be boil, i went roaming around the resort to take some picture.

This is the Water Front Chalet, the most expensive room in the resort.

The Water Chalet, where we are staying. ( there is also garden chalet which is not on the sea )

Remember the beautiful spa building? This is how inside look like! I'm totally stun by the view up here!
After taking this picture, the spa staff polity told me that this place is a private place, unless i book the spa or if i'm staying at the water front chalet, if not i can't go in.
So after taking the picture, i went back to have my lunch.

Lunch and chill at the balcony.

Sunny day and we are heading to the pool again!

Our friend here open his feather!

Another pool in Avillon Resort.

Swimming time again!

Peacock walking around the pool freely.

Playing with Pauline's GoPro!

 Wash up and dinner time!

Dinner by the pool~  We actually chill and chit chat there till pass mid night! We are so engross that we totally forgot about the time! I guess this is what holiday should be, no time limit in things you do.

Day 3 :

Breakfast time again! And my roti plata again... Heading to Kuala Lumpur today.

Last roaming around the resort. Qianyi didn't get to go up to the spa place so we thought of trying our luck again! ( Pauline went herself in the morning while we are still sleeping... haha... )

We got stop by the staff but we plead the staff just to let us take picture and will be out in a few mins, and finally she agree!

So happen to see this bee flying around! The biggest bee i ever seen!!!

And we saw eagle flying freely in the sky!

Last view of the rooms.

Back to our room to get our luggage and ready to check out.

This is our taxi driver that drove us to Port Dickson town. We call him again to drive us back to Kuala Lumpur. He is a Indian who speak perfect Chinese, Malay, Thai and a little bit of Japanese!!! Call him if you need a driver!

After again another 1.5 hr car ride, we finally reach and check in our hotel, Swiss Garden Hotel & Resident. A big room with 1 Queen size and 1 single bed, living room and kitchen.

The bathroom.

The kitchen.

After resting a bit in the hotel, its time for lunch! We went to Jalan Alor, where there is lots of hawker stalls to see what can we eat there and also do some shopping after that.

Mobile bubble tea stall?

Stop by one of the stalls there but food wasn't fantastic.

I guess Wanton Mee is consider as the nicer food at the stall.

Next... shopping time!

This place change quite a lot since the last time i been there. I remember there is A&W around the corner but its gone... still thought of going to have come waffle and curly fries...

This two girls got so excited when they see H&M and can't wait to go in to do their damage!

After shopping at Lot 10, we went over the Sungai Wang which is just opposite to buy my contact lenses. ( contact lenses is so much cheaper there then Singapore... )

Cute ice cream stall that we pass by.

After Sungai Wang, we walk over to the Bintang Walk. Hear about this Bintang Walk but never been there before so we went to that area to see what they have there. Basically is just a whole stretch of shopping mall there.

Then we went to pavilion to hunt for our dinner.

Dinner at Tokyo Street.

Steamboat at Suki-Ya for dinner!

Yum yum...

After dinner, do not know what we should do, so we thought of watching movie but there isn't any nice movie to watch so we give it a skip.

Pass by a lot of pubs at the ground level of Pavilion but we didn't went in too.

So we head straight back to the hotel to watch TV and gossip! Haha!
Did i just said gossip? Oh well.. that's what a group of girls will do right? Hahaha...

Night view from our hotel room.

A rough map of the surrounding malls and train station given by the hotel.

Day 4:

Break fast time!

Many variety there and food was not that bad.

Nice pool but we didn't get to swim cause of the very bad hazy weather! SO SAD!

Time to check out and head to somewhere!

Meeting Qianyi's friend at KLCC and they are bringing us somewhere for lunch.

While waiting, we take picture! ( but got photo boom a few times! Haha! )

Lunch at Nasi Kandar Pelita! Somehow this should be quite famous place to eat. About 5 - 8 mins walk from KLCC.

Woooooooohooooo!

Yummy!

Our first local food through out the whole trip. The food here is really good!

Walking back to take a subway back to hotel.

The train ticket for single trip looks like this, same as Taiwan and Thailand.

Going back to bukit bintang, first we have to stop at Dang Wangi...

Then we need to transfer to another train but the station is not link together like how our train station are like.
So, we have to cross over to the other side...

then follow the shelter to Bukit Nanas station.

Look how bad the haze is... the KL tower is almost disappearing.

Back to hotel to get our luggage, took a cab to KL Cental, then took the KLIA Express to KLIA. We didn't take cab straight from hotel to KLIA cause we heard that normally evening time there will be bad jamming on the road so in order not to miss our flight, we choose the longer way but for sure we will reach on time.

Follow the sign board for the KLIA express counter.

Bought our tickets at RM15 each and we are ready to go!

Quite big, clean and comfortable train! Much better then we thought. Took about 30 mins to reach.

Reach KLIA and took cab to LCCT. So weird that we still need to buy this taxi voucher at RM2 before we could take a cab. ( dunno why is there a need but if we don't buy we can't take the cab )

Finally reach LCCT after 30 mins of taxi ride and check in!

Flight got delay again... ( why do i always got flight delayed? Haha..)
Look at the haze outside... really bad! Anyway we are going back already, no more haze for us! ( i personally prefer port dickson then KL... )
Anyway Bye KL!
